RPT simply works through a guided conversation. It resolves the true origin of your issues, which are rarely on the mental (thoughts) or emotional (feelings) level.
It is different because it works at the deepest part of our being, releasing the basic physical behaviour and survival instincts. The survival instincts hold trauma, blocks and unwanted emotions in place. By bringing your conscious awareness to the instinct and its origin, everything which was held in place, rapidly releases.
Following the RPT process, there is no unharmonious emotional ‘charge’ attached to the problem, situation or event. You feel different about it following its release.
There is no trickery, “re-programming” or putting you to sleep. As RPT is purely a conversational therapy, it does not interfere with any medical treatment, nor any religious or spiritual views.
